PLACING AN ORDER AS A PRIVATE PERSON
As a private person, you can submit orders 24/7 in the Horeca Service e-shop at https://tellimine.horeca-service.ee/
To purchase as a private person, select a region: Tallinn , Tartu , Pärnu, Kuresaare, Viljandi, Rakvere, Haapsalu,Paide or Türi.

FINDING A PRODUCT, ADDING IT TO A SHOPPING CART, PLACING AN ORDER
- Click on the product group You are interested in on the home page, select the appropriate product, indicate the quantity and press the "ADD TO CART" button. Proceed until all the desired products are selected.
- If You cannot find the product you need, enter the product name or the respective keyword in the SEARCH box on the home page.
- Once the order has been put together, check that everything was written correctly. Adjust, if necessary.
- Fill in the contact details field, add the contact telephone number and the delivery address, select the order conclusion date. You may add the desired additional information in the comments box, including whether You wish to pay by bank transfer or in cash directly to the courier.
- Click the "CONFIRM ADDRESS, PLACE AN ORDER" button, after which the order confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address You entered.
- The ordered goods will be assembled and an invoice will be sent to the e-mail address You entered, which must be paid. Upon the payment receipt, the goods will be delivered.
- If the cost of Your shopping cart is at least EUR 60, delivery of the order is FREE. In case the order amount is less than this, the delivery fee of EUR 6 will be added.
PAYMENT
- After assemblying the order, we will prepare an invoice and submit it to You by e-mail. To conveniently pay the invoice, we recommend that you make the payment through the payment link sent by us, where your payment order has been prepared. We offer payment solutions through banks: SEB, SWED, LHV, LUMINOR, CITADELE.
- Please pay the invoice to the bank account provided, using a Flash Pay payment, if possible, indicating the invoice number provided for You in the explanation.
- If the payment has not been made through the payment link sent by us for faster delivery of the goods, please send the Payment Order to us by e-mail to the same address from which the invoice was sent.
- Once the payment is received, the courier will deliver the ordered goods to You.
DELIVERY
- Products ordered from the Horeca Service e-shop at https://tellimine.horeca-service.ee/ will be delivered by courier. We offer courier services in Tartu, Pärnu, Haapsalu, Rakvere, Kuresaare, Viljandi, Paide, Türi ,Tallinn and in the vicinity of towns.
- Delivery days are 5 times a week to Pärnu (Mon-Fri), orders must be placed the day before until 3 p.m.
- Rakvere 3 times a week (Tue, Thu, Sat). Orders must be placed the day before until 3 p.m.
- In the direction of Kuressaare, Viljandi and Haapsalu-Dirham 3 times a week (Mon, Wed, Fri). Orders must be placed the day before until 3 p.m.
- Delivery days to Paide and Türi are 3 times a week (Mon,Wed, Fri).Orders must be placed the day before until 3 p.m.
- Orders placed and paid for prior to 12 PM within Tallinn and Tartu will be delivered to the desired address on the same day.
- Distribution of orders to Tallinn and suburban areas: Viimsi, Jüri, Saku, Saue, Tabasalu takes place from Monday to Saturday, 6 days a week.
- We deliver to Harjumaa and Tallinn suburban areas the day after the order is placed, according to the transport schedule of the area or by agreement.
- More detailed information about our circle of logistics is provided by customer service. Please inform us in advance about the desired delivery time range.
- NB! It is not possible to pick up the goods ordered from the Horeca Service e-store by yourself.
- We apply contactless delivery of goods, where the goods are left in the safe place indicated by the customer, with the possibility for the customer to withdraw them within 1 min.
RETURN OF GOODS
- Pursuant to Clause 53 (4) 4) of the Law of Obligations Act (hereinafter referred to as the LOA), there is no 14-day right of withdrawal for non-durable products that deteriorate rapidly.
- Upon the receipt of the products, immediately check the conformity of the products to the invoice delivery note. Any non-compliant products (such as damaged / defective products, unordered products, unsuitable replacement products, etc.) will be indicated on the invoice delivery note accompanying the Horeca Service courier.
- In case of any occurred problems, please notify the courier promptly of the deficiencies, send an e-mail into the e-mail address of the Horeca Service ordering centre at tellimus@horeca-service.ee or call the telephone number of the Tallinn call centre on +372 624 0070 and +372 7407554 in Tartu on working days. - We will return the money for low-quality products to the customer's settlement account, from which the invoice was paid within 7 days or we will deliver a new high-quality product at the expense of Horeca Service.
- The risk of damage to the products shall be deemed transferred from Horeca Service OÜ to the recipient of the order as of the moment of the receipt of the goods.
